A complaint collection service in China, where consumers can publish their complaints about various products and services, has received a major complaint in recent days.
The most popular complaint they have received is called “Tencent Nintendo Switch False Advertisement”. Consumers are airing their grudges because it’s been two months since the Tencent Nintendo Switch launched in China and yet there’s only one game, New Super Mario Bros. U Deluxe, released officially for the system.
They are also angry with the lack of online services for the system since they couldn’t access Nintendo eShop services outside China and neither could they play online with players outside China.
Sad to say, Tencent has remained quiet on these complaints, so they are bound to increase as Consumer Rights day approaches on March 15, 2020, in China.
