We bring back interesting information about one of the most prominent games in the Nintendo Switch catalog: it is Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
As many of you may know, wasps can appear every time we shake, hit or cut down a tree in the game, and they can become very annoying if we don’t manage to avoid them. In fact, if we don’t, they will sting us and leave us with a swollen eye. If we get stung again, we will faint and appear in front of our house.
In order to avoid them, there are several methods that have been discovered so far in the game:
- The simplest option is to avoid the stings by running to the nearest building on the island, be it a house, a store or the museum. Upon reaching the door and entering, the wasps will automatically stop chasing the player.
- Another quite common way is to catch the wasps using the net, for this we must make or buy it, shake a tree so that the wasps fall and then catch them with the net, being able to sell them in the store or to Kamilo for a higher price. Of course, it is practically necessary to have our net equipped to be as fast as possible and avoid being stung before catching them.
- Finally, we have another method that consists of scaring the wasps when they fall to the ground using a confetti cannon. These cannons can be found in the Mini Nook store, the problem is that these objects disappear after being used. However, this is still a fun and different way to avoid being stung.
There are also other methods to avoid being stung on the spot, such as opening the camera on the Nookophone or sitting somewhere on the island such as a bench, but by closing the camera or getting up the stings cannot be avoided without using any of the above methods.
