Minecraft’s fans are impressed with the new generation of Caves & Cliffs worlds: steps to try it out and more

You probably remember that Minecraft was recently updated to version 1.17.10 on Nintendo Switch. While it didn’t include much in the way of new features, we’ve now learned that in the “experimental features” section we have some really interesting new crafting tools.

This is the first time players have been able to access this type of generation, although it’s experimental and we’ll have to wait for the second part of the big Caves & Cliffs update to enjoy it at its full potential. “This option is experimental and everything is subject to change,” Mojang shared. “Some features may be significantly modified or even removed if necessary to improve performance. Also note that this experimental option is missing some important performance improvements that we’re currently working on, so things may be slow.

Fans can try out mega caves, local water levels and lush moss-carpeted caves alongside cliffs, mountain goats, meadows, groves and slopes for now. Some players have reported a few bugs, but others have been amazed.

To test this option, follow these steps: Go to Create World > Experimental Features > Activate Caves & Cliffs, always making sure you have the game up to date.
