Cloudscape, a Zelda and Animal Crossing-inspired title, takes Kickstarter by storm

We bring you interesting details regarding a new indie title for Nintendo Switch. It’s new information related to the promising Cloudscape.

According to what has been shared, the game is coming to the hybrid console thanks to the funding it is seeking on Kickstarter, where it has taken the platform by storm. In total, it has raised $208,806 on the platform.

Remember that the game contains inspirations from The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Stardew Valley and Animal Crossing and is being made by Chris Gottron, an animator who previously worked on SpongeBob SquarePants, The Fairly OddParents and She-ra.

Players take on the role of Kumo, a Cloudling who wakes up on land on a sunny deserted island, and find themselves exploring their surroundings to build shelter, gather materials, craft weapons and more to survive among the monsters that roam the night.
