Good news for fans of Pokémon Sword and Shield. It looks like The Pokémon Company will continue to bring the popular Nintendo Switch game to life.
Specifically, a special tournament is planned for October known as the Global Exhibition, which will feature different players from around the world who have achieved excellent results in the game’s tournaments. For now, it has been confirmed that, in Japan, players who have achieved high scores in the Pokémon Japan Championships 2021 will be able to participate.
It is currently unknown how this will work in the rest of the world in order to qualify, so we’ll keep an eye out for more details.
