When asked why the game wasn’t at E3 2021, here’s what he had to say:
While we didn’t talk about it [during the Nintendo Direct at E3 2021], we absolutely have plans to make sure that the 33 million people who have islands have new and fun activities to participate in. Stay tuned for what’s on the way.
