The fact that games are released in the West and in Japan at the same time is always good news. Well, SEGA seems to be very clear about this.
According to what has been shared, SEGA has expressed interest in releasing Atlus games simultaneously around the world. This means doing so with games like Persona and Shin Megami Tensei, in the same way that SEGA is doing with games like Yakuza.
SEGA vice president Shuji Utsumi shared the following with Famitsu:
The simultaneous worldwide launch on multiple platforms will be a tailwind for the titles. Of course, we will make adjustments for each game, but we would also like to be aware of the global expansion of Atlus titles.
