Wondering whether you’ll have to fork out a little more dough to enjoy all of Shantae and the Seven Sirens?
Well, it looks like the game will be a full package for now!
Following the announcement of the game’s release, the developer answered several queries from fans.
One of these was whether the game would receive DLC similar to Shantae: Half-Genie Hero – which would imply an ‘Ultimate Edition’ release in the far future.
In response, WayForward assured folks that they currently had no such plans for additional content:
We aren't currently planning for there to be DLC.

Meanwhile, the company also confirmed that they were working on getting the game to Japanese and Asian markets as well.
There’s no word on whether these regions will get a physical release like North America’s Limited Run Games release, however.
Our Steam and Xbox versions should be available worldwide! We're still working out the details of our Japanese and Asian release plans on other systems, but when we have news we'll post it here!

We’ll report back as we hear more about the game.
