Mr. Mime’s Facial Expression Terrifies Fans In The New Pokemon Anime

In today’s episode of the new Pokemon anime, Ash and Gou met Mr. Mime for the very first time.

While everything seemed fine, things took a dark turn when we start to encounter a few terrifying scenes of Mr. Mime, who usually looks like a cute and harmless Pokemon.

In the first scene Mr. Mime looks back at Ash with this horrifying facial expression:

Later it strikes again with this scary expression in the credits:

Some Pokemon fans believe this is in reference to Mr. Mime’s appearance in the Pokemon Detective Pikachu live-action movie:
