Trying to catch some official Pokemon collectibles for your shelf? Well, this is definitely not the haul you’re looking for.
Earlier this month, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania reported that they had confiscated a package containing over 86,000 counterfeit Pokemon figures. Had they been genuine, the figures would have been worth “nearly $604,000” in the retail market.
Of course, these figures clearly weren’t the real deal – and their quality really kind of gives it away. Take a look for yourself below:
It’s certainly not the full National Dex in there, but we’re willing to that The Pokemon Company is glad these critters were caught red-handed anyway.
What do you think of this curious haul?
