An officially sanction Pokemon Video Game Championships event in Hong Kong has been canceled.
The event, scheduled to be held on February 2, 2020, was canceled due to fears of the Wuhan coronavirus.
The coronavirus has infected over 6000 people and claimed over a hundred lives as of January 29, 2020.
Another event that was scheduled for February 9 will still proceed as planned.
