Famitsu has revealed some interesting details about the hardware charts for Japan from March 2 to March 8, 2020.
Last week, the Nintendo Switch Lite sold 46,161 systems, 10 times more than the Nintendo Switch’s 4,424 units.
The Nintendo Switch sold less than the PlayStation 4 for the first time in many months – the PlayStation 4 sold 9,584 units in Japan.
This is the third consecutive week the Nintendo Switch has sold less than the Switch Lite in Japan.
The Nintendo Switch is currently suffering from shortages in Japan due to supply chain issues caused by the coronavirus outbreak.
