Once again, we have received an interesting video related to one of the most prominent games in the Nintendo Switch catalogue. We are indeed talking about Animal Crossing: New Horizons.
In the clip below, we can see another strange glitch that has been found in the most recent update of the game, released a few days ago. Apparently, this version 1.11 has also negatively affected Faun’s Key.
After learning of another Mini Nook-related bug in this version earlier today, we’ve now learned that things aren’t going well in Faun’s Caye either: apparently, when placing items in rooms, they appear in their standard colour variant instead of the colour variant we have or select. This allows players to place objects in the picture with colour variants that they don’t actually have in their catalogue, although many have pointed out that this glitch has evidently broken the feature and makes it impossible to create the pictures they want.
The reason for this is unknown, but it appears to be restricted to Faun Key. No similar bugs have been reported in the rest of the game. Perhaps Nintendo tweaked something on Faunus Island and this option has been disabled. We’ll have to keep an eye out to see if the next patch fixes this bug.
