Game-changing Rotom-related cheat discovered in Pokémon Unite

Coming from Reddit we bring you an interesting message that is related to one of the most prominent games in the Nintendo Switch catalogue and that will also be released on mobile. In this case we are talking about Pokémon Unite.

In the post below, we can see a new trick that fans have discovered in the game. This one is related to the playable character Snorlax and how it can affect the map Pokémon Rotom.

As you know, Rotom’s role in the Remoat state is to take on players in the top lane: if you defeat him, you’ll receive his help, which is that by reaching the opposing team’s goal you’ll get instant score for a short period of time. Well, this function can be blocked with Snorlax by redirecting Rotom to another location.

In the video below, we can see how Snorlax, when using the block ability, causes Rotom to crash into him repeatedly before reaching the goal zone, does this several times until he hits it past the first target location and ends up sending Rotom past it, so that the opposing team can no longer score on that target because they haven’t advanced far enough.

Whether this is a trick that TiMi is aware of or whether it will be patched in the future is unknown at this time. We’ll keep an eye out for more details to see what happens.
