These images and video clip show the day-night cycle in Zelda: Skyward Sword HD

Nintendo continues to bring us more interesting content from this title. Specifically, new screenshots and a new official video clip from the recently released Zelda: Skyward Sword HD for Nintendo Switch.

These allow us to take a look at more scenes from this promising game that is on its way to the hybrid console, this time focusing on the day-night cycle. We leave it below along with the posted messages:

While in Altárea, you can switch between day and night by sleeping in a bed. During the day, you may find residents coming and going around the city, but during the night, you will encounter monsters. Most residents spend the night at home, and although it is dangerous to go outside after sunset, it can be worth a visit to hear some stories you might not hear during the day.

Oh, and don’t worry about having to go back to your room when you want to sleep: you can use almost any bed you find in Altárea, and you don’t even have to ask permission first. So you can switch between day and night wherever you want.

As a reminder, The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD will be released on 16 July on Nintendo Switch, in both physical and digital formats. And it won’t be arriving alone, as special Joy-Con and a new Zelda and Loftwing amiibo (known as Pelicaro in English) have also been announced and will be released alongside the game on the same day. The figure can be used to travel between the surface and the sky in the game, including inside dungeons and buildings.
