Palia was recently announced as an MMO from Singularity 6, the studio formed by members of Riot Games, Blizzard Entertainment and Zynga, and while it hasn’t been confirmed for Nintendo Switch yet, it’s certainly got a lot of Nintendo Switch fans interested. The indie title is on its way to PC, with pre-alpha sign-ups now open.
According to what we’ve shared, a specific release date hasn’t been confirmed so far, so we’ll keep an eye out for more details. What we can confirm, however, is that it’s got a lot of fans loving it for marrying the gathering tasks and quiet life of Animal Crossing with an open world and visual style similar to Zelda: Breath of the Wild. It’s the marriage of these two concepts that has left many fans clamouring for a port to the hybrid console.
