Another day comes with the confirmation of a new title for Nintendo’s hybrid console. This time Ultimate Games has announced Castle Flipper for Nintendo Switch.
It’s a medieval “House Flipper” game that also lets you build your own castles from scratch. According to what has been shared you will be able to play in the following languages: Polish, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Russian and Simplified Chinese.

In Castle Flipper, the player assumes the role of a medieval renovator and builder, who starts with an inherited plot of land and dreams of his own kingdom. The game is as much about fulfilling orders (such as cleaning, repairing and furnishing various buildings and castles) as it is about developing your settlement as you see fit. As you progress through the game, you will also unlock other types of tools and skills.
“We transported players to the European reality of the early 16th and 17th century. In addition to medieval buildings, the game features familiar architectural solutions from the Baroque and Renaissance period, which opens up even more possibilities. We have focused on a calm and relaxing gameplay, which also has elements that stimulate the creativity of the players. We have developed, among others, a proprietary free construction system that allows to freely create a variety of structures” – said Jacek Wyszyński, managing director of Pyramid Games S.A.
The developers have prepared a dozen very diverse locations, where you will find not only the eponymous castles, but also barns, mansions, palaces and even pirate ships. The simulator allows you, among other things, to clean, renovate, repair and decorate interiors, as well as design and build various structures.
“The team at Pyramid Games S.A. has combined the relaxing gameplay similar to House Flipper, the possibility to create basically any structure you want from scratch and the medieval setting. Castle Flipper also offers many other elements. You can, for example, build rental houses, choose the animals for your farm, but also completely destroy your own building, if you are not satisfied with it. Players can expect a lot of attractions. Castle Flipper will be available on May 26th on PC (Steam) and is scheduled for release later this year or in 2022 in Europe and North America for Nintendo Switch (it will also be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox X/S Series). We’ll be keeping an eye out for updates on this.
